DAY 1

Arrival at Srinagar----- Shikara Ride ---- House Boat
On arrival in Srinagar Airport, meet a representative who will arrange your transfers to Hotel.
He will assist and transfer you to the deluxe houseboat. In the afternoon you take A Shikara
ride on Dal Lake by a gondola Boat called ”SHIKARA” witness the ride on lake, called Venice of
India & experience the aquatic life of Srinagar. While riding the Shakira’s there are plenty of
opportunities for bird watching with plentiful species including Kingfisher, Little Bittern,
Common Pariah Kites, Grebe etc. Overnight stay at Houseboat
Day 2

Srinagar ------ Pahalgam / 2 hr 19 min (89.9 km)
After breakfast proceed to Pahalgam (The valley of shepherds). En-route, visiting the saffron
fields of pampore, Awantipura Ruins (1100 years old temple of Lord Vishnu built by the King
Awantivarman ), and enjoy the beautiful countryside. Enjoy full day in Pahalgam. About 11 km
from Pahalgam, the Aru Valley offers an eclectic view and calm environs to tourists.
Next, take a tour of the Betaab Valley, set amidst pine trees. It has been a favorite shooting
location for many Bollywood directors. Being at a walking distance from Pahalgam, this valley is
the base camp for various adventure activities, such as mountaineering. ""Please note

Later, trek to Chandanwari, which is the starting point for the Amarnath Yatra; it is
approximately 16 km from Pahalgam. Being almost on the edge of the tree line, you will see
trees giving way to alpine grasslands here.

In Pahalgam | Pahalgam to Srinagar (90 kms / approx. 2.5 hour drive)
After a wholesome breakfast, check-out from the hotel and drive towards Srinagar, Srinagar has
some of the most beautiful gardens and today we are going to spend the day visiting these
gardens. Nishat Garden, Shalimar Garden, the Tulip Garden, Botanical Garden, Pari Mahal and
Chashma Shahi are the gardens you will be visiting with the Zabarwan Hills in the backdrop.
Make sure you pay a visit to the Hazratbal Shrine. After a fulfilling day of sightseeing return to
the hotel for a delectable dinner and stay for the night.
Day 4

Srinagar to Gulmarg (53 kms / approx. 1 hour drive)
This Day start for Day excursion to Gulmarg. Gulmarg-the Meadow of Flowers, which is situated
at an altitude of 2730 m above the sea level. The distance of 53 kms will be covered in about 1
hours. Gulmarg has one of the best ski slopes in the world and highest golf course with 18
holes. Spend the day by individual activities. Gulmarg is a place of exceptional beauty and has
the world's highest green golf course and also turns into India's premier ski resort in winter.
Gulmarg offers breathtaking views of majestic Nanga Parbat on a clear day. Pony riding is a
popular activity in Gulmarg; you can ride to the upland meadow of Khilanmarg and back. The
Gondola Cable Car (to be paid directly by the Guest which will be Approx Rs.850/- Per Person
up to first phase and 2100/- up to second phase) Car offers rides to the upland meadow of
Kongdori for viewing the Himalayan peaks in the summer and for downhill skiing in winter.
Return back to Srinagar, Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 5

Full-day Excursion to Sonamarg
Following a healthy breakfast at the hotel, head out and drive from Srinagar to Sonamarg.
Boasting snow-clad peaks, Sonamarg is surrounded by some of the highest mountains in the
world. Glistening in the sun, the peaks, serene meadows and flowerbeds seem bathed in golden
hues, thus justifying the name, Sonamarg, which means the meadow of gold. Mighty glaciers
and lakes add stars to the ever-pleasant aura of the valley.
After covering a distance of about 80 km, arrive at your destination and spend the whole day
discovering this green stretch. You may go fishing in the lakes or sledging on frozen glaciers and
even trekking, accompanied by the spectacular views of the realm.
Following this wonderful experience, return to the hotel in Srinagar and savour a hearty dinner.
Later, move to your room for a quiet sleep.
Day 6

Srinagar – Yusmarg – Srinagar
Yusmarg (a meadow), mesmerizes tourists with its scenic beauty and mountains comparable to
European Alps. Situated amidst Sang Safed valley, Yousmarg is reputed for having some unique
spring flowers. It also has some of the highest peaks in PirPanjal range like Tatakoti 4725 mtrs
and Sunset Peak 4746 mtrs. The mighty river Doodh Ganga makes this destination more
thrilling. The natural slopes of Yousmarg offer skiing opportunities to experts. Overnight stay at

Day 7

Srinagar - Doodh Pathri - Srinagar
The name "Doodpathri'' means Valley of Milk. It is said that the famous saint of Kashmir Sheikh
ul Aalam Sheikh Noor din Noorani has prayed here and once when he was in search of water in
the meadows, to offer prayers, he pricked the ground with his stick to search for water and milk
came out. He asked the milk that you can only be used for drinking and not performing
ablution. Hearing this milk at once changed its state to water and the meadow got its name
Doodpathri. The water which is at present flowing through the meadows has a milky
appearance from the distance and remains very cold throughout the year.The lush green
grasses over the vast meadows and silver shining streams running over the large stones further
increase its beauty. Doodh Pathri is sloping grassy landscapes with a diversity of multicolored
flowers up to Chang. The famous Tosamaidanlies in the west of Doodpathri. Doodh Pathri lies in
a bowl shaped valley in the Pir Panjal Range of the Himalayas, at an altitude of 2,730 m (8,957
ft) above sea level. It is an alpine valley covered with snow clad mountains and the meadows of
